ShaTara Coleman, FNP-BC, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with Full Practice Authority in Illinois, which means she can diagnose, treat, and prescribe independently during a house call visit in your home.
During an in-home visit, she can diagnose conditions like ear infections, strep throat, respiratory infections, rashes, and other common childhood illnesses, prescribe medication when clinically appropriate, order laboratory testing, and provide a complete clinical assessment.
The same things that happen in a pediatrician's office, done at your kitchen table.

We come to your home or meet you by secure video.
During the visit we:
•Review symptoms carefully
• Perform a focused exam
• Explain what is happening
• Prescribe medication or order testing if needed
• Tell you exactly what to watch for If your child needs urgent or emergency care, we guide you immediately.
