FAQ

We bring minor urgent and routine pediatric care directly to your home or childcare/daycare provider. Services include treatment for common illnesses like fever, cough, rash, pink eye, stomach bugs, ear infections, and minor injuries. We also provide school, sports, and camp physicals, asthma and allergy support, nebulizer treatments, behavioral screenings, lab testing when appropriate, and follow-up visits.

There are certain conditions that we do not treat, including severe or life-threatening emergencies such as seizures, significant breathing difficulties, severe abdominal pain, ingestion of poison or foreign objects, severe dehydration, loss of consciousness, and lacerations requiring repair. For these issues, please seek immediate emergency care.

If your child has a life-threatening emergency such as trouble breathing, a seizure, a severe allergic reaction, or loss of consciousness, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.

Yes. Prescriptions can be written if clinically appropriate and sent to your preferred pharmacy.

Some medication refills may require a visit to make sure treatment is still safe and effective.

For families who prefer self-pay, pricing is transparent:
In-home pediatric visit: $150
Same-day sibling add-on: $75 per child
Virtual visit: $45
Sports or camp physical: $50
