Do you offer private pay options?
Yes ! We offer direct-care visits for families who prefer to pay out-of-pocket instead of billing insurance.
These visits provide flexibility, convenience, and privacy, perfect for quick sick checks, after-hours visits, or when you just want care without the red tape.
Direct-Care Rates:
- Home visit: $150
- Sibling add-on (same day): $75 per child
- Virtual visit: $45
- Sports or camp physical: Now just $50 (reg. $75) offer ends August 31, 2026 (Not covered by insurance)
- Brief consult call (10 minutes): $25
We also accept HSA and FSA cards for all direct-care services.
These visits are provided outside of insurance billing and will not affect your coverage, premiums, or deductible. Rates reflect the time, access, and convenience of receiving care directly through Little Steps Pediatric House Calls.
