This document serves as a comprehensive guide to our policies on billing, refunds, cancellations, no-show visits, and technical problems. It is important that you carefully review these policies. By using our services, you acknowledge and consent to these terms.

Policies

Billing Policy

Payment Requirements: Full payment is required at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and HSA/FSA cards. Please note that we do not accept insurance currently.

Service Billing: Applies to all services, including document requests, without exceptions.

Refund Policy

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so more than 24 hours in advance to avoid any fees. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 5% processing fee being deducted from your refund. This applies to same-day visits

Issues with pharmacy prescription or dissatisfaction with medication or treatment and/or discharged patients are ineligible for refunds.

No-Show Policy

If you do not attend your appointment or cancel late, the full-service fee will be charged. To avoid these charges, please contact us by email at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule.

Late and Technical Difficulties Policy

Arrival Time: Please log in at least 10 minutes before your virtual appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and you will need to reschedule, with full charges applied.

Technical Concerns: If you experience any technical issues, please email us immediately. If the issue is valid, we may allow you to reschedule without any extra fees.

Patient Responsibility

Communication: Let us know as soon as possible about any cancellations or technical problems.

Internet and Device: Make sure you have a reliable internet connection and a device that works for virtual appointments.

Intake Forms: Fill out all necessary paperwork and forms before your appointment.
