Refund Policy
Effective: February 2026

Little Steps Pediatric House Calls provides medical services by appointment.

Commercial and Self-Pay Patients:
Cancellations made more than 12 hours before the scheduled appointment may receive a refund or account credit depending on the payment method.

Cancellations within 12 hours may incur an administrative processing fee.

No-shows may be charged the full visit fee.

Medicaid Patients:
No cancellation or no-show fees are charged.

Refunds are issued only for duplicate charges or administrative errors.

All approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
