Sibling Same-Day Add-On

Caring for more than one sick kid? We’ve got you.
When siblings need to be seen on the same day, we can visit them together during one home appointment.

Each child gets:

• Their own full exam and care plan
• Separate charting and billing (required by insurance)

Insurance:
Each child’s visit is billed to their plan at the regular rate. Copays or coinsurance may apply per child.

Self-Pay Families:
Save $100 for each additional child seen at the same time and address when paid in full the same day.
