Direct-Care & Insurance Pricing

You deserve transparent, predictable pricing for every visit.

Direct-Pay Option

Our standard rate for an in-home pediatric visit is $150, paid at the time of service.
This rate includes the full exam, diagnosis, treatment plan, and all point-of-care testing and nebulizer treatments needed during the visit at no extra charge.

Included tests and treatments:
• Rapid strep
• Rapid flu
• Rapid COVID
• RSV
• Blood glucose
• Urine dip
• In-home nebulizer treatment

This small same-day courtesy adjustment may be available when payment is made in full at the visit, applied uniformly according to our financial policy.

Insurance Option

If you choose to use insurance, we will submit a claim to your child’s plan and accept the plan’s allowed amount as payment-in-full for covered services.

Copays are due at the time of service, as required by commercial insurers.

After the claim processes, any deductible or coinsurance your plan applies will be billed to you directly.

All medically necessary point-of-care tests and nebulizer treatments are billed to insurance when covered.

Out-of-Network Coverage
If Little Steps is out-of-network with your insurance plan, payment in full is required at the time of service. Upon request, we can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement based on your out-of-network benefits.

Out-of-network insurance plans do not determine our pricing, and you may be responsible for the full visit fee regardless of deductible status or reimbursement outcome.
